Palmetto Senior High Alumni Association's Alumni Hall of Fame Awards Program recognizes outstanding graduates and retired faculty of Palmetto Senior High while offering role models for its students.
If you would like to nominate someone for Palmetto's Alumni Hall of Fame, please fill out the online nomination form below. Please note there are two separate forms, one is for alumni and one is for retired MPSH faculty members.
No self-nominations, please.
ALUMNI HALL OF FAME NOMINATION FORM
Nominations will be accepted January 1- February 15, 2023
The Hall of Fame Committee will then review all nominations and finalize who is to be selected.
The Induction Ceremony date has not yet been finalized but will be announced.
Alumni Awards will be given to select Palmetto alumni or *retired faculty members. Note that there are two separate forms for each. Selections will be made on the basis of the following criteria:
For MPSH Alumni (Form 1):
1. Graduated at least ten years ago
2. Has achieved at an outstanding level in their field and has made significant contributions to that field
3. Exhibits outstanding leadership, character, and service to their community
For Retired Faculty Members (Form 2):
1. Works/worked as a faculty member at MPSH
2. Has achieved an outstanding level in their position and has made significant contributions to the school community
3. Exhibits outstanding leadership, character, and service to their community
